Had 1 day in Point Cook, spending our time here lovely. All of the staff were very polite, pleasant. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and lovely, right by highway to Melbourne city and the shops, restaurants and the beautiful estate of Sanctuary Lakes in Point Cook. Furthermore, close to attractions.

The rooms are fairly quiet, bright, and come with a safe box, flat screen TV with cable channels and a mini-fridge-bar.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a very quiet area, very close to Werribee zoo and highway to Melbourne city. The location was great and stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an official museum. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake.

Neat and new-fashioned room with a laptop and a lounge. Good hot breakfast and outstanding food. Comfortable facilities in general, exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in the cafe at breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was spotless, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. The service was friendly with parking on-site...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to attractions and away from the busy city life. It was also fairly close to everything, including shopping centres. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry all available. I was even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities provided. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and patio area, where I could relax and enjoy the garden furniture.

Despite the great amenities and service, this hotel is particularly recommended for families.

We had a great stay with friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean facilities. The hotel is close to many attractions, including a beautiful marine park.

During our stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere since it was away from the busy city life and close to the park. The location was great since we were very close to the sea, and we could easily enjoy the beautiful view. We were also pleased that there were shops nearby, which was very convenient. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was impeccable- super clean with no issues. The service was very accommodating, and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the indoor pool facilities, and gym.

We did encounter a small issue when we arrived. The door handle on the wall had a hole in it from where previous guests may have been too aggressive when opening the door.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at Quality Suites Seasons 5. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom with the spa bath tub was a special treat. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the variety of coffee choices. The quiet and peaceful environment added to our overall experience. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We recently spent a lovely weekend at a hotel located near the Werribee zoo and mansion. The indoor pool was a fantastic facility that we enjoyed very much. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options, and the rooms were spacious and clean with luxurious bathrooms.

The restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday, and the internet connection was weak and unreliable. some areas of the hotel were not up to par concerning landscaping and cleanliness.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, quiet surroundings with birdsong, large shopping centres nearby. Amazing value for money.

Everything is what i need and want.

Spent Christmas day here and it was lovely! The staff was amazing and had some festive decorations up. Was given a complimentary bottle of wine and Christmas cake which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a kitchenette and a big bathroom. It is situated in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Parking was no issue and easy to access. A great value for the price paid!

The only issue we had was that the outside area by our room was a bit unkempt and could have used some improvement.
